Fauna and flora
North, as far as eye can see...
Northern life has a strong connection with water. All the villages in Nunavik are located a footstep away from large bodies of water.
Whale and seal hunting and fishing have an important place in northern life and Inuit culture.
There is also the toundra: a wide territory without trees displaying an interesting mixture of moss, small flowers and small shrubs. Here in the north, the vegetation is different, but very rewarding and beautiful.
Welcome to Nunavik, A place to experience.
